    Progressica Ltd is a Certified Partner of The Predictive Index. Our Referral Partner Programme is designed for professionals who know organizations that may benefit from Predictive Index solutions and would like to make a qualified introduction.

    You make the introduction. We handle the rest — including discovery, proposals, contracting, delivery, and ongoing client support.

    If your introduction results in a signed client and collected first-year software fees, you receive a success fee.

    Referral Partners are not expected to deliver training, implementation, or consulting work, and do not need access to The Predictive Index platform.

    What Progressica does

    Once the introduction is made, Progressica manages:

    Discovery and qualification

    Proposals and commercial discussions

    Contracting and invoicing

    Delivery and implementation

    Ongoing client relationship support

    Success fee

    Referral Partners receive a success fee, calculated on collected first-year software fees from the referred client.

    This applies where the referral includes:

    An introduction to an appropriate decision-maker or sponsor

    Relevant context on the organization and the opportunity

    A basis for Progressica to begin a discovery conversation

    Important conditions

    Referrals must be for new clients not already in active discussion with Progressica

    The referral must convert within an agreed timeframe

    Fees are paid on amounts collected, not simply on signed agreements

    Each opportunity has one primary referral source for simplicity and clarity
